The AGEM Index – a monthly stock performance guide comprising 13 global gaming suppliers and produced by the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers – booked a 4.6% increase in June, driven by a strong performance from Aristocrat Leisure Ltd.
The composite index stood at 505.34 points at the close of the month, which represents an increase of 22.34 points when compared to May 2019.
Aristocrat was responsible for 13.96 of those points, with shares rising from AU$29.12 to AU$30.72 during June.
Crane Co was the other big mover, with its share price up 9.1% from US$76.46 to US$83.44, a contribution of 6.86 points.
In total, eight companies on the AGEM Index saw increases in June including Scientific Games, Transact Technologies and Everi Holdings, with IGT, Ainsworth and Konami among the five to fall.
