Macau-based electronic gaming machine service provider Success Dragon has reported a 21.9% decline in revenue to HK$87.8 million for the year ended 31 March 2019, however the company saw its losses narrow significantly over the same period.
Net loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$38.9 million, narrowed from HK$131.6 million, due to a decrease in operating and administrative expenses and a decrease in accounting loss from the impairment of assets.
Success Dragon currently operates four business segments of which the provision of outsourced business process management for electronic gaming machines in Macau comprised 98.7% of group revenue for the period. Revenue from this key segment declined 19.0% in FY19 to HK$86.7 million as a result of the cessation of one of the company’s operating outlets at the Landmark Macau, which was sold by Macau Legend Development Ltd during the year.
Success Dragon’s other business segments are information technology services, money lending and packaged products.
