Macau’s SABA Hospitality has been awarded with the People’s Choice Award in the Entrepreneur 20X competition at the Hospitality Industry Technology Exhibition and Conference (HITEC), held last week at Minneapolis in United States.
The award recognizes innovation among peers in the hospitality industry and it is granted by HITEC attendees, after a presentation by the participating companies.
SABA co-founder Byron Webster was in charge of the presentation, showing the company’s AI-based hospitality chatbot solution to an audience of over 600 industry professionals.
“The feedback and support we received following the presentation, and throughout the entire HITEC Minneapolis event, has been overwhelming. It certainly is a validation that we have developed a unique solution that meets the needs and wants of both modern travelers and hospitality operators alike,” said Alex Aranchikov, SABA Hospitality co-founder and CTO.
SABA Hospitality, which develops its activity from Macau, provides a platform that centralizes communications throughout the entire guest journey at hotels via their own mobile devices and without the need for any downloads. The technology automatically answers guests’ questions, takes requests, manages complaints and makes recommendations using artificial intelligence.
The company is currently expanding its reach beyond East Asia borders to tap into European and Middle Eastern markets.
