Charles Meredith has been appointed as the senior legal advisor for the Ho Tram Strip project in Vietnam.
Mr Meredith was previously Assistant General Counsel at The Venetian Macao and is a former Deputy Attorney General in the Nevada Attorney General’s Office (Gaming Section).
Asian Coast Development (Canada) Limited (ACDL), the developer of the Ho Tram project, said Mr Meredith’s new role would be Senior Vice President – Legal, for its wholly-owned subsidiary, the Ho Tram Project Company Limited. He will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s legal affairs for the development and operation of ACDL’s multi-property Ho Tram Strip.
“This was a fantastic opportunity to join a project that I have been closely following for the past few years,” Mr Meredith said in a statement after the announcement.
“The Ho Tram Strip is a truly special project in the uniquely dynamic environment that is Vietnam today. Having been an integral part of the establishment of integrated resorts in Macau and in Singapore, I am looking forward to being a part of the creation of the next large-scale destination resort complex in Asia.”
