BMM Compliance has been officially recognised as a testing laboratory for gaming equipment by the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore (CRA).
The Singapore authorities checked not only BMM’s technical capability but also the probity of the company and its staff before issuing the registration.
The CRA granted Singapore Recognised Testing Laboratory (SRTL) status to BMM Australia Pty Ltd’s test laboratories at Melbourne and Sydney with effect from 5th June 2009. The certificate was presented to the company by T. Raja Kumar, Chief Executive of the CRA at a ceremony in Singapore.
BMM Australia Pty Ltd is now authorised to provide testing services for gaming equipment and systems being deployed at the integrated resorts in Singapore.
“BMM is excited and honoured to be recognised as SRTL #01/2009,” said Peter Turner, Managing Director BMM Australia, Asia-Pacific.
“BMM is also grateful for the assistance the relevant CRA teams have provided during the recognition assessment period,” he added.
“I believe the achievement of SRTL status reflects the importance BMM places on its upcoming testing and compliance services in Singapore. These services can now be undertaken for the benefit of Singapore’s gaming industry,” stated Mr Turner.
