During the second Gulf War, some Coalition soldiers based in Iraq designed the deck to help identify friend from foe—much like our Airplane Spotter decks were used in WWII. The Gulf War soldiers had some decks handmade in- country and began distributing them to the teams seeking out those most wanted individuals. When word spread of this through the media, it was a big hit with the general public and we launched into production immediately with incredible success. While much of the deck was open to use and copying, to get a truly authentic replica of the original deck you had to obtain one of ours because of the joker they used in the original deck. Well I don’t know about that but for the election year we currently have three styles of decks in distribution—a Blue Democrat deck, a Red Republican deck and a Purple Independent deck.
